I use an oxygen/propane system, but really all you need is that simple torch for working with soft glass (which is what I use). The class I took was taught using a torch like the one in the kit. :) So glad you like the beads and thank you so much for reading the article. :)

I live in Anna too. I happened to see your story in the Tribune! I went nuts!! I would love to meet you. I love to bead and am always looking for something unique. I don’t know how to make glass beads but I sure would love to to learn. Have you thought about teaching?
